we have launched version 2 of our online order wizard.
The new process starts with what matters when placing an order: the animals. For each animal, you select the required tests and enter the corresponding samples. You can include several animals in one order. At the end, the wizard automatically generates all the required submission forms from the information provided.
We introduced the first version in 2025. It allowed you to complete the submission forms online, print them, and send us a copy before shipping your samples. The wizard also showed the individual steps, from submission and payment through to the expected processing times. This reduced transcription errors and follow-up questions and helped us process orders more quickly.
Version 2 builds on this and removes more manual steps. Orders are now quicker to prepare and easier to check before submission.
We are also working on online payments, which we expect to introduce within the next few months. Customers will then be able to complete the forms and payment in one place.
The new order wizard is another step on our path towards digital-first. As with our authorities portal, our aim is to reduce recurring administrative work and make processes easier for our customers and laboratory team.
