02Reading a titre

Only a few pathogens have a protective cut-off

In veterinary medicine there are only a few cutoff values for protective antibody levels, e.g. rabies (0.5 IU/ml). Consequently titre values for nAb against other pathogens have to be interpreted carefully. To facilitate interpreting our results we indicate if a certain titre is comparatively low or high. If you have questions in this respect please contact our staff.
