Important Notice: Extended Processing Times for Rabies Antibody Tests

Dear Customers,

Due to an exceptionally high volume of samples for rabies antibody testing, processing times may be significantly longer than usual.

Samples are processed in the order they are received. We ask for your understanding that we cannot make exceptions, even in urgent individual cases.

Currently, please allow approximately two weeks from sample receipt until the results are available. We are, of course, working diligently to analyze all samples as quickly as possible and are currently exploring additional capacity (e.g., an additional test run per week).

We kindly ask you to take these extended processing times into account when planning your travel, especially with regard to entry requirements.
